We build agents for a living. This is our notebook.

ProvenAgents is run by ByAgentX, a small studio in Puebla, Mexico that builds AI sales agents for businesses in Mexico and the US. Our own operation runs on agents: a lead agent with specialists for code, documents and research, scheduled routines in Grok, and open-weight models on our own NVIDIA hardware.

We started writing down how each setup works, what we told it never to do, and what went wrong. That notebook became this site.

House rules

• We only list setups we run today. Ideas we're testing stay off the site.
• No invented reviews, testimonials, follower counts or results. If we don't have a number, we don't print one.
• We name a client only with their permission. Ricki Pollo said yes.
• Every agent that speaks in public drafts first. A person approves.
