ProvenAgents (provenagents.ai) is operated by ByAgentX LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site or buying a kit you agree to these terms.
Kits and packs
Kits are digital files sold for a one-time price in USD. After payment you get immediate access from the confirmation page and a receipt by email. Keep the confirmation link: it's your access link. You may use the kits in your own business and for your clients. You may not resell or republish the kits themselves.
No guarantees of results
Playbooks describe how we run our own setups. Your results depend on your tools, data and business. AI tools change often; we update kits when we change how we run them, but we can't guarantee any third-party service keeps working the same way.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you use agents on your accounts, including following the terms of the platforms you connect (Meta, X, Google, OpenAI, xAI and others) and the laws that apply to your messages. Our playbooks keep a person approving public output; we recommend you keep it that way.
Installation services
Done-for-you installs are quoted and agreed separately in writing before any work starts.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the kit or service in question.
