If a kit or pack doesn't help, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and we'll refund it in full. No questions.

Bought a single kit and want a pack instead? Upgrade within 30 days and we credit the $29 you already paid.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
