SalesWe run this
Real-estate listing site that captures and routes leads
Buyers describe what they want, agencies sign up, and the owner gets an alert within minutes.
Why we run it
We built and run casaypredio.mx, a property site for Puebla, Mexico. Buyer requests, agency sign-ups and zone alerts land in a database, and a check every ten minutes emails the owner.
Steps
- Start with three forms, not thirty: buyer request, agency sign-up, and 'alert me when something opens in this zone'.
- Store every submission in a small database at the edge (we use Cloudflare D1).
- Run a check every ten minutes that emails the owner about new entries, with the key fields only.
- Publish an llms.txt so AI assistants can describe the site correctly.
- Measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics and watch which zones people search.
The promptIn the kit
Every 10 minutes: 1. Query the database for buyer requests, agency sign-ups and zone alerts created since the last check. 2. If there are none, stop silently.

Also in The Revenue Desk, The Full Bench.
Guardrails
- Contact details stay in the database. Alerts carry masked versions.
- Silent when there's nothing new.
What broke
- Nothing worth reporting yet. When it breaks, it goes here.
